If you sit at your desk for long periods of time and suffer from lower back pain and stress, our yoga class may be the answer for you. Our yoga classes will help you develop flexibility and strength so that you can sit, stand, walk and exercise with greater ease. You will tone your core and develop flexibility in the spine, strengthening and opening the lower back, shoulders and neck. You will explore gentle stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques to help you feel rejuvenated. And feel younger than you have in years and start to acquire tools to help you stay relaxed and alert all day.
